Thanks, Connie. Maybe the smartest thing would have been splitting the Twix with you?
Nothing major happened Tuesday. Just a lot of little things that made it feel like the sky was caving in, probably hormone related. The day felt like a disaster - exhausted, couldn't focus at work and kept screwing up little things, felt incompetent, depressed, taking everything personally, etc.
Yesterday was a slight improvement. Maybe today will be even better!
